The Environmental Peace
In the early 21th century, instead of the environmental peace, our world became increasingly violent. Isn't it a wonder? Doesn't show that some politicians and businessmen are extremly egoist and hate from having peace and prosperity for other people? The peacemakers, everywhere, seek to introduce the environmental peace as the best way for life; these peacemakers such as NIEP, David Suzuki's Foundation and many others around the world are tired of long-term talking and talking; they want to counteract escalating trends to wars with different motives and different names, aggressions, crimes, destructive biopolitics. The groundbreaking inititative of NIEP is uncovering of the sources of violation for establishing of the environmental peace. NIEP and other peacemakers strongly emphasize that without embodied sincerity to the right to life, without genuine love to justice, the meaning of love and peace will be empty. NIEP questions what love can exist to peace when more than sixty percent of the world's poulation suffer from the poverty, hunger , racism and discrimination? NIEP does not promote the cultural dinasaures for the ego-centric racists; they cannot shape the development of the developing brain and the future of humanity. The cultural dinosaures are anti- values and do not lead to the peace and humanity. The greates terror for the environmental peace is when some countries promote the cultural dinosaures instead of equality, humanity and justice; the rejection of humanity and justice is the hell for peacemakers in the environmental peace groups. If equality and justice are rejected by politicians, economists and businessmen, then the results would produce more anger in people, and of course with anger some kind of crime in revenge for the rejection of justice and humanity in socities, where the the value of over 300 largest corporations, over 50 percent, are in the hands of 9-10 familes. The anger,of cours, is not a mutational phenomenon; it is the result of the socioeconomical pressures in the societies with the extreme injustice and racism. The environmental peace, in these societies is not accessible because of the claer socioeconomical reasons; with anger people and revenge in these racial societies with the extreme injustices, there would be no peace.
Genes in the nucleus do indeed represent blueprints for proteins, the molecules responsible for physical traits and the mechanics underlying behavior. However, it is now recognized that the regulation of gene expression, that is the switching on and off of genes, is not a property of the genes themselves, but is controlled by environmental signals (Nijhout, 1990). We are also now aware of the fact that organisms under stress are able to actively alter their DNA and create new genes in an effort to accommodate environmental challenges (Thaler, 1994). Rather than being genetically predetermined, organisms develop in balance with their environment and purposively select, or if necessary rewrite, what they perceive to be appropriate gene programs to ensure their survival.
